5.  PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DISPLAY DISCREPANCIES

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information. However, due to variations in monitor color calibration and normal tolerances in the manufacturing process (e.g., slight color differences in apparel fabrics, minor size adjustments in home goods), the actual physical item received may differ slightly from the screen display. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing errors, or inventory inaccuracies without prior notice, and may unilaterally cancel affected orders as a result (if this occurs, we will process a full refund for you within 5 business days).

6.  ORDER PROCESSING AND ANTI-RESALE POLICY

To protect the purchasing rights of everyday consumers, we reserve the right to limit the purchasing quantity per account or per shipping address. We expressly prohibit unauthorized bulk purchasing behaviors. 7.  CROSS-BORDER SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

When you place an order on this Site, you are considered the "importer of record" for the destination country. (1) Processing and Dispatch: All items must undergo quality inspection and packaging processes before dispatch. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (may be extended during major promotional periods). (2) Tax Liabilities: You must comply with all customs clearance laws of the receiving country/region. Any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. (3) Logistics Disclaimer: We are not responsible for logistics delays caused by customs inspections in the destination country.

8.  RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date the item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed (if applicable) condition, with all original tags, protective films, and original packaging intact. Unless the return is due to our shipping error or a severe manufacturing defect in the product, international return shipping costs back to our warehouse must be borne by the customer. We will refund the amount to your original payment account within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item and completing the quality inspection.

9.  DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Site and all products sold through it are provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no implied warranties beyond those mandated by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED shall not be liable for: (1) Uncontrollable delivery delays caused by logistics carriers. (2) Post-order inventory shortages caused by supply chain fluctuations. (3) Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or time costs) arising from your use of this Site or the products purchased.
